Our Story

Established in 1970 by Max and Robyn Avery as Animals Unlimited, our cattery's name was changed to A Cat's World in the mid-1990's.

Located on 4 acres, in the foothills of the Kaimai ranges and high above the Waimapu Stream, this is an idyllic setting, and a haven for tui and kereru. We live on the property, ensuring round the clock care and attention for our guests.
